1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Brush Masters Painters (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We offer painting and decorating services as outlined in our project proposals or quotations. Any additional services will require a separate agreement.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• Quotations: Our quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on project scope and material costs.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A [percentage]% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Remove or protect personal belongings in the work area.

6. Project Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Materials and Workmanship

We guarantee that all materials used are of high quality and that workmanship will meet professional standards. Any defects due to substandard materials or workmanship will be addressed promptly.

8. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the project scope must be documented and may affect pricing and timelines.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. The Client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damage due to pre-existing conditions or structural defects.
• Damage caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the Kenyan courts.
