How our painting prices work
All quotes are based on the measured area in square metres of walls and ceilings, the paint system chosen and the preparation needed. After a free site visit you receive a written quotation listing each room or elevation, the products and coats, the timeline and the payment schedule.
- A typical 2-bedroom apartment costs KES 55,000–100,000 to paint inside with materials.
- A typical 3-bedroom house costs KES 85,000–180,000 inside with materials.
- Exterior painting is usually KES 350–650 per m² inclusive.
